The house is a ground floor duplex-style property, with two bedrooms, built around a communal swimming pool. This is an enclosed private development of 124 properties with electronic gated entrance situated close to the famous salt lakes. The swimming pool is located at the front of the property approximately 10 feet away from the front door...!!!. There is a patio at the front with a table and four chairs. At the rear of the property there are two private patio areas with tables and chairs and a BBQ. There is also a second swimming pool located on the complex. The rear of the property is south facing, and this area has sun from morning until night...!. The front of the property is shaded for the majority of the day..
The house is fitted with satellite television which has also UK terrestrial channels and SKY and a DVD player. An Air Conditioning Unit is also fitted (at extra cost). Fans are fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms. Extra portable fans are also located in the house. The kitchen also has a washing machine and microwave. There is also a folding bed and the settee also extends as a bed. Therefore the property can sleep six comfortably.
For those of you with young children there is a travel cot and pushchair in the property, along with a number of general games and toys. Child gates and car chairs can also be provided.
There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the local Hypermarket, "Carrefore" is only a five minute drive away. There are also other supermarkets within the local vicinity.
As we are only asking a rental of between £195-£245 per week depending on season all that we ask is that you look after the place as if it was your own.
A deposit of £75 secures the reservation. This is payable at time of booking.
You are welcome to use any of the items in the house but please replace them,
Please also DO NOT SMOKE IN THE house.
Upon arrival please use the front door and not the back, (the back door can only be opened from the inside..).
When going out please lock all doors and shut all blinds.
